New Mercy Today

its a brand new day, and it started out crazy! As I was getting ready for work , I suddenly realized  that I had a meeting with my 9 year old daughters counselor. OMG I sent my husband and daughter to the meeting instead. Then the battle with my four year old princess began. Instead of getting dressed she decided to color. When I went into her room she was coloring away like no big deal here. Then I gave her a warning and told her to get dressed. Came back 15 minutes later she is hiding in her tent. She has one of those beds. You know the ones for little princesses, with the tent on top slide on the side and tent below.  I ended up having to bust her little chops :( , this is never easy! However I know if I don't follow through I am bluffing and she will learn to call those bluffs every time.  So I finally get her dressed and she says can we stop at the store. UGH!  We really didn't have time , however I did and told this is the last time its happening when she causes us to be late. So it was a bit chaotic to say the least.  So now I am working at unwinding this large ball of stress it made me into this morning. I am thanking GOD that I can run to him when I am overwhelmed or feel inadequate as a mom! I am still in works on this reality show and hoping and believing I get the part in the Film being filmed in Stillwater next month. I know that I know that I know My God is able to do exceedingly abundantly greater than I can ask hope think dream or imagine. For this I am thankful!!  God bless and remember take you request to GOD in prayer!
